Monday morning will start at 5:30am starting tomorrow as Keegan prepares for his first day of high school. Later in the week Madison begins her first classes of her Junior year and Friday Cole, Meseret and Kamise begin their home studies. The family schedule is once again very full. I hope we can keep up with it all.
I know many of you are experiencing the same thing. I am praying for you. I trust God will give us all a great start.

For the first time in 22 years, Janice and I do not have a child starting school this fall. Our youngest graduated from college last May and both girls have joined the work force. And that’s a good thing! It is, after all, the purpose of the exercise – train ‘em up and send ‘em out. At the same time, I find myself missing the anticipation of a new school year and what discoveries and challenges it might bring. So while it’s crazy and confusing and exhausting, enjoy it and savor it while you have it. And I too pray that God gives everyone a good start.
Nice family pic ! Sorry (we) missed you @ Tal and Carolyn’s.
Come further south next time ! d & k
We would love to do just that. May God give us another opportunity.
Thank you Russ, and thanks for the prayers. We have to fight for our kids and there is no better way than in our prayers.
